Stock items ordered before 14:00 usually leave the same day. Below is exactly what to expect.

Shipping cost
Orders from €250.00 ship free. Below that we charge €39.50. That may sound a lot for a parcel, but a floor is not a parcel: a 30 m² order quickly weighs 300 kilos and goes on a pallet.
How is it delivered?
Small orders
Up to about 30 kilos — skirting or a few packs — we send as a parcel. You receive tracking and delivery is to the door.
Large orders on a pallet
From about 30 kilos your order goes on a pallet on a lorry with a tail lift. The driver calls in advance to agree a time slot. Delivery is to the first threshold at ground level — the driver does not carry the pallet inside or upstairs.
So please make sure that:
- The lorry can reach your address (watch out for narrow streets and low-traffic zones).
- Someone is there to sign.
- You have help carrying the packs inside — allow 20 to 25 kilos per pack.
Check on receipt
Inspect the pallet before you sign. If you see damaged packs or torn film, note it on the consignment note and take a photo. Reporting damage afterwards without a note makes it almost impossible to recover from the carrier.
Only open the packs once you are sure the design and quantity are right. Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days; opened ones cannot.
Collection
Collection is possible by appointment in Utrecht. Call ahead and we will have your order ready. Bring a car with enough load space: a 2.5 m² pack is about 1.25 metres long.
